We are seeking an energized and enthusiastic Culture & Talent Development Assistant! You will responsible for creating a positive work-space experience that incorporates the company values.

Your key day-to-day activities:

 

  • Lead the People & Culture team on realizing AK HR novel culture projects, engagement surveys, rolling out new initiatives, etc.
  • Partner with the Admin Director on recruitment and interviewing
    according to the culture and corporate values.
  • Post jobs on various job boards and assist with interview scheduling as the business demands.
  • Manage the on boarding and off-boarding process including conducting new hire orientations/ training. Maintain our on-boarding system to collect all necessary on-boarding paperwork, ensuring that our new employees feel welcome and that they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and organize talent development, (i.e. training sessions) organizing and coordinating logistics, etc.
  • Design the progression curriculum to enable employees’ growth.
  • Planning and executing employee events and various cultural initiatives.
  • Serve as an administrator for our rewards and recognition program and system; answer employee questions and provide training.

 

Additional activities:

 

  • Assist with maintenance of the company time off system including data changes and inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HR processes and share information with the team.
  • Manage and own the status form process to ensure all employee changes are done correctly.
  • Put together reports for the Admin Director and the company management team as needed.

 

What would make you the ideal candidate?

  • BSc on HR or relevant topics, MSc will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in adult training an asset, but not requirement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English. HR team works with all employees of Agro-Know. Therefore good communication skills and patience with everyone are more than welcome!
  • Positive and friendly personality to work in FUN and busy startup company!
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organization skills and ability to reduce a complex concept or task into something that is manageable and clearly interpreted. We deal with many different tasks at once and it’s important that you don’t miss a detail!
  • Adaptable to working on variety of projects and with a variety of people in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing environment.
  • Ability to learn fast. Learning at Agro-Know is a prerequisite and we would like to enrich our team with people that are passionate about learning and knowledge sharing.
